Local man arrested for Drug Trafficking
Drug Trafficking Arrest
In December 2021 The Saugeen Shores Police Service began an investigation into a report of drug trafficking that was occurring in the town of Saugeen Shores.
Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau conducted an extensive investigation including executing search warrants on electronic devices in order to identify the person involved.
On January 4th 2022, as a result of this investigation, a 21 year old male of Saugeen Shores was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Schedule 1 Substance – Fentanyl . He was held in custody for a Bail hearing and was released on a Release Order with a future court date.
