2020-10 Five People Arrested in Drug Search Warrant
Media Release – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant
On March 4th members of the Criminal Investigations and Drug Unit, uniform patrol and members of the Owen Sound Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at residence in Port Elgin.
Five persons were arrested and charged with various offences CDSA and Criminal Code offences.
A 40 year old Port Elgin man has been charged with:
- Possession of Fentanyl
- Possession of Cocaine
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Failing to Comply with a Probation Order
A 34 year old Port Elgin women has been charged with:
- Possession of Fentanyl
- Possession of Cocaine
- Possession of Methamphetamine
A 45 year old Port Elgin man has been charged with:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Failing to comply with a Probation Order
A 44 year old Port Elgin women has been charged with:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
A 53 year old Port Elgin man has been charged with
- Possession of Methamphetamine
All were released from the police station with a court date.
