Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant

On November 7th, 2018 members of the Saugeen Shores Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at an address in Port Elgin. As the result of the search of the premise and the arrest of three males, quantities of cocaine, fentanyl and psilocybin were seized.

34 year old Saugeen Shores man has been charged with

• Traffick in schedule 1 substance – opioid
• Traffick in schedule 1 substance – cocaine
• Fail to comply with a probation order

32 year old Saugeen Shores man has been charged with

• Possession of a schedule 1 substance – opioid
• Possession of property obtained by crime
• Fail to comply with a recognizance x2

45 year old Arran -Elderslie man has been charged with

• Possession of a schedule 1 substance – opioid
• Possession of a schedule 1 substance – cocaine
