October 27th 2025 - 68-year-old male of Bruce County was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Undertaking. He was released on an Appearance Notice with a future court date.

 

October 27th 2025 - 38-year-old male of Port Elgin was charged with Assault. He was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.

 

October 28th 2025 - 34-year-old male of Port Elgin was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Release Order. He was held in custody for a Bail Hearing and remanded into custody.

 

October 29th 2025 - 19-year-old male of Wellington County was arrested and charged with Breach of Recognizance x2, Criminal Harassment x3, Failure to Comply with Undertaking and Uttering Threats x2. He was held for a Bail Hearing and remanded into custody.

 

October 29th 2025 - 69-year-old female of Port Elgin was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Undertaking. She was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.

 

November 1st 2025 - 41-year-old male of Port Elgin was arrested and charged with Assault and Failure to Comply with Probation Order. He was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.

 

November 3rd 2025 - a 32-year-old male of Walkerton was arrested and charged with Operation while Impaired (80+). His vehicle was impounded and his licence was suspended. He was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.

 

November 4th 2025 - 25-year-old male of Port Elgin was arrested and charged with Forcible Confinement. He was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
