January 19, 2019On January 19th, 2019 at 9:35am an officer observed a vehicle driving erratically in Southampton near Spence St and Victoria St. The officer conducted vehicle stop and spoke to the male driver. The officer observed signs of intoxication and arrested the driver for impaired driving. A search of the vehicle revealed 19.5 grams of suspected cocaine. A female passenger was also arrested as a result of the drug seizure. A 19 year old man has been charged with: CC 320.14(1)(a) Operation While Impaired CC320.14(1)(b) Exceed 80mgs of Alcohol in 100mls of Blood CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance-Cocaine. A 49 year old female has been charged with: CDSA 4(1) Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance-Cocaine
