14 September 2009

8 September 2009, at 3:51 am police responded to a call of a male lying on the road on Hwy #21 by County Rd #3. Police located a 15 year old Saugeen First Nation male who was passed out on the side of the road. The male was taken to the police station, charged and picked up by his parent.

9 September 2009, at 12:29 am police responded to a home in Port Elgin to a report of an unwanted male. Police located a 50 year old Port Elgin male who was just released from a jail sentence with conditions not to attend or communicate with the complainant. The male was arrested, charged and held in custody for a bail hearing.

10 September 2009, at 1:08 am police responded to a report of a male acting strange in the parking lot of the Port Elgin Tim Hortonís. Police located an intoxicated 26 year old Port Elgin male who was arrested, charged and turned over to his parents.    

11 September 2009, at 8:32 am police responded to a report of a break and enter to a new home under construction in Southampton. A Jacuzzi tub had been cut out of its installation and stolen from a home on Creekwood Drive. Any one with any information on this matter is asked to call police or Crimestoppers.   

12 September 2009, at 2:10 am police were alerted by two people that there was a male lying on the sidewalk on Wellington St. A 21 year old Saugeen Shores male was taken to a friendís home.
