02 June 2010, at 5:34 pm police responded to a report of unwanted persons at a residence in Southampton. After investigation a 31 year old Guelph male and a 26 year old Cambridge male were charged with possession of 30 mgms of marihuana and released.

02 June 2010, at 1:12 am police arrested a 28 year old Sarnia male for impaired driving.  

03 June 2010, at 6:33 pm police received a call regarding a stolen bicycle in Port Elgin. Police then received a second call from the complainant stating they observed their bicycle being operated near Subway. Police arrested an 18 year old Mississauga male for possession of stolen property. This male had been drinking and was also on probation not to consume alcohol, he was further charged with breach of probation.

03 June 2010, police received a complaint of a theft of copper tubing from an area contractor. An employee of the company observed a roll of copper tubing that he believed to be the property of the contractor at an area scrap yard and reported this to his employer. The contractor attended to the storage area and found there had been a break and enter and theft of a roll of tubing. After investigation 49 year old Richard Ball and 46 year old John Bricker both of Saugeen Shores have been charged with Possession of Stolen Property.

6 June 2010, at 2:33 am police charged a 23 year old Port Elgin male with Impaired Driving.

6 June 2010, at 6:52 am police responded to MacDonald’s to a report of a person passed out in one of the booths. A 20 year old Port Elgin male was arrested for public intoxication.

6 June 2010, at 2:24 police on patrol observed a female drop to the ground at Goderich and Gustavus St and begin violently vomiting. Ambulance attended to took the 20 year old Saugeen Shores female to the hospital in a highly intoxicated condition. Later she was given a ticket for public intoxication.
